We are seeking a Medical Records/Health Information Management Specialist for a full-time onsite role at Tower - St. Christopher's Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. This entry-level career opportunity is designed for those who are inquisitive and open to innovation, including the use of AI to explore better processes and alleviate friction in patient and client experiences.
In this role, you will partner with ancillary and nursing departments to ensure timely analysis and chart completion. You will actively manage various work queues, review medical record documentation in electronic systems, and create appropriate charting deficiencies. Your work will directly support the facility's revenue cycle by identifying systematic problems and ensuring compliance with established company standards and workflow guidelines.
