As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be a vital link between our clients and the patients they serve, handling inbound and outbound calls to address questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and payment processing.

In this position, you will act on behalf of our clients to resolve billing and payment issues, utilizing established work queues and call pools. Your day will involve responding to patient and account holder requests for information in a thorough and explainable manner, while also working to secure payments or arrange payment plans as appropriate. You will investigate and respond to client inquiries, ensuring strict adherence to client-specific protocols and policies.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization. You will work cooperatively within a team-based structure, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate regular evening and Saturday shifts as business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates are particularly valued, as they provide essential support for bilingual calls.
To join our remote team, candidates must be based in the United States and reside in one of the following states: AZ, NV, ID, MT, OH, TX, OK, KS, LA, AR, MO, IL, IA, MN, WI, MI, IN, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, PA, MD, or NM.
Remote workers must meet specific technical requirements to ensure seamless communication. A hard-wired broadband internet connection (no DSL, Dial Up, Wi-Fi, or hotspots) is required with minimum speeds of 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Additionally, cameras must remain on from the start of training through the end of each scheduled shift, excluding designated breaks and lunch periods. After training, camera usage will be directed by supervisors or team expectations.
