About the Role

As the Health Wellness Director (LPN) at South Breeze Assisted Living in Memphis, TN, you will lead the clinical team to ensure exceptional, resident-centered care within our Assisted Living community. This role is designed for a nurse leader who wants to grow their skills while enhancing the lives of elders daily. You will oversee all nursing services, providing clinical supervision and leadership while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards. Working collaboratively with community leadership and interdisciplinary teams, you will guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and staff development. Your leadership plays a key role in fostering a safe, home-like environment while supporting the well-being of both residents and team members.
