About the Role
As the Assistant Health Wellness Director (LPN), you will support the Health Wellness Director in overseeing clinical operations and nursing services within our assisted living and memory care communities. This role is designed for a Licensed Practical Nurse ready to grow into nursing leadership while maintaining hands-on involvement in resident care.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, staff training, and clinical consistency. Your day-to-day involves fostering a safe, home-like environment for residents and a collaborative culture for team members. You will assist in the administration of the nursing program, advise medical staff and administrators on nursing services, and promote strong relationships with community agencies. This position may also be known as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), LPN Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Nurse Lead, or Assistant Wellness Director.

Requirements
