The Health Advisor role is responsible for providing high-touch customer service to PinnacleCare Members, building strong relationships while helping them navigate the healthcare system to receive the best and most expeditious care available. PinnacleCare is a health advisory service that connects individuals and organizations to the world’s most advanced healthcare, facilitating access to top specialists for a streamlined and personalized experience. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position with an on-call rotation generally every 4 weeks. Health Advisors occasionally accompany members on appointments in their region.
