About the Role

We are seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our inpatient rehabilitation service. This is a 100% inpatient practice located at a single hospital, offering a unique opportunity to focus entirely on rehabilitation medicine within a collegial, team-based environment.

You will work alongside experienced PM&R physicians and collaborate with a full interdisciplinary team, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, nursing, case management, and social work. The role also involves close partnership with the hospitalist team. Beyond direct patient care, there is an opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development within our CARF-accredited setting.

This is a per diem position designed for flexibility, allowing you to cover alternating weekends, holidays, and vacations. The schedule is adaptable to your availability, typically ranging from 12 to 15 shifts per month, within a supportive environment that values work-life balance.
