Our client, a dynamic organization based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead their people function. This direct-hire role is vital to the company's growth, offering a unique blend of operational oversight and cultural stewardship for a small to mid-sized workforce.
As the Head of HR, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives that foster a thriving workplace culture while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. A key part of your mission involves administering payroll and benefits through the Rippling HRIS platform, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring strict compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Beyond administrative excellence, you will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams to support broader business objectives. You will lead culture-building efforts, professional development programming, and employee engagement activities, ensuring that the organization remains a place where employees can grow and succeed.
