About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Community to lead UGLYCASH's online and in-person communities. This role exists to operationalize our mission of global financial inclusion by fostering a transparent, engaged, and growing ecosystem around our platform. You will serve as the public ambassador and figurehead for UGLYCASH, ensuring that our community reflects the values of authenticity and human connection that define our brand.
In this position, you will manage and grow our cross-platform online communities, curate compelling content, and scale our support infrastructure. You will also coordinate in-person events and synthesize community feedback to directly influence product development, acting as the vital link between our users and our vision.
