Director, Federal Program Management Delivery

About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Federal Program Management Delivery to lead secure delivery for Intelligence Community customers in the Washington DC metro area. This role is designed to translate complex mission and security requirements into trusted, scalable outcomes that protect national interests and strengthen Microsoft's Federal Intelligence business.

You will operate at the intersection of mission, cybersecurity, and delivery execution. Your primary focus is developing people and navigating a highly matrixed environment by partnering across delivery, engineering, sales, and security leaders. The goal is to drive alignment, accelerate execution, and achieve measurable business and mission outcomes. This position is ideal for a leader motivated by protecting the nation's most critical systems while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

Hiring Process and Application

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph. Successful verification of the stated security clearance is required prior to an offer of employment.
