About the Role

We are seeking a Consulting Project Manager to engage with customer stakeholders, develop partnerships, and leverage broad technical expertise. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction by engaging stakeholders positively, analyzing feedback, and acting as the voice of the customer by leveraging trusted relationships with internal resources.

You will adhere to project compliance standards and contract requirements while driving project initiation for medium-complexity projects. Your day-to-day involves facilitating the contracting process for partner resources, developing detailed project management plans, and monitoring risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will also serve as a mentor to junior colleagues, sharing lessons learned and supporting cross-border alignment.

Beyond delivery, you will contribute to account delivery management by identifying blockers to consumption goals and ensuring customers realize the full value of their purchases. You will hold accountability for project delivery forecasts, manage fiscal responsibility within your portfolio, and collaborate with Sales to support contract setup and execution. Additionally, you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities to accelerate cloud consumption and participating in the pursuit cycle for new deals.
