About the Role
The HCM Specialist I is an entry-level position designed to support and optimize the organization's Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem. This includes critical functions such as payroll, timekeeping, workforce management, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning management systems. Reporting directly to the HR Systems Specialist I & Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining data integrity, conducting workflow testing, validating approval paths, and driving stabilization efforts for ADP Lyric and associated systems.
This role serves as a bridge between HR, Payroll, Benefits, Operations, IT, and external vendors. You will work closely with these stakeholders to ensure system stability, reporting accuracy, compliance, and the execution of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The position is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven individual who is technically capable and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and large employee populations.
