Based at our Riverside PDC facility, this role operates under the guidance of National PDC Operations management. The Analyst II, PDC Operations is responsible for maintaining the data necessary to forecast growth and determine the appropriate resources required to support Hyundai and Kia sales.
You will serve as a key partner in operational month-end activities, providing statistical reports with historical data to measure performance, quality, trends, and opportunities. Your work will directly inform project models for corrugated costs, equipment utilization, space analysis, and labor requirements. By creating statistical models and graphic representations for operational reviews, you will help management identify and address trends or issues across the Parts Department and Fixed Operations programs.
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to coordinate rollout schedules, test processes, and ensure proper on-site training and capability for system deployments. The position requires a strong ability to analyze dealer returns, track sales percentages, and establish new reporting formats for data gathering and storage.
