The Senior Manager, SAP Business Process serves as a critical business liaison between FSA and the parent company's IT function (BSAM IT). This highly visible role is essential for ensuring the business operates end-to-end within the SAP ecosystem. Reporting to the FSA Global Finance Director, you will lead customer and vendor SAP integrations via EDI, oversee data governance processes, and manage a team of two specialists.
In this position, you will act as a key partner for cross-functional FSA leadership, translating strategic direction into actionable IT projects. Your day-to-day involves monitoring project progress, resolving gaps in business requirements, and driving process improvements to better align SAP usage with business goals. You will also guide the team in managing master data ownership and ensuring compliance across vendor, customer, and pricing data processes.
Candidates must already be located in the greater Nashville, TN area to be considered for this role.
