About the Opportunity
CACI is seeking an Intermediate Automated Information Systems Analyst to provide critical Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) System Administration support and training to COMNAVAIRLANT (CNAL) and its supported CVN ADP/CS-3 communities. This role is managed under the USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract and is based at Naval Station Norfolk in Norfolk, VA.
About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a key technical resource for the NTCSS environment, ensuring the operational status of logistics applications like RSUPPLY and NALCOMIS. Your day-to-day work involves troubleshooting system administration requirements, resolving processing errors, and managing server and workstation software installations and upgrades on the NMCI network. You will respond directly to CVN requests for assistance, providing support through onsite visits, phone, and email correspondence. Beyond technical maintenance, you will play a vital role in developing and updating training manuals, testing new software procedures, and recommending risk management solutions to enhance existing processes.
