Based in Boise, ID, this position involves operating a variety of heavy and light-duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites. You will drive vehicles such as vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs while performing both driving and non-driving duties associated with hazardous waste cleanup. This role is critical to our mission of maintaining sustainability and cleaning the Earth.
Safety is our #1 priority, and we live it 3-6-5. As a member of our team, you will operate commercial trucks, assist field laborers in a collaborative team atmosphere, and perform manual labor on-site to ensure customer needs are met. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, proper placarding to meet DOT requirements, maintaining daily logs and reports, and adhering to all local, state, and federal compliance regulations. Additionally, this position requires the ability to be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis every other week, involving site remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials.
Please note that this position requires new hires to attend a two-week Academy training out of state. This is paid training, and all expenses are covered by the company.
