The Guest/Office Services Specialist is a client-facing role designed to deliver exceptional front-of-house service while supporting core office operations. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and personnel, you will ensure a welcoming and professional environment. This position serves as the hub for the office, managing document production, mail services, and general administrative support while working closely with attorneys, executive assistants, and staff to facilitate meetings and events.
