The Guest Services Manager Overnight (OEM) serves as a vital partner to Front Office leaders, ensuring attentive, courteous, and efficient service for all guests from arrival through departure. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel during the overnight shift, responsible for resolving guest complaints, maximizing room revenue, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The position requires a seamless blend of operational oversight, team leadership, and guest advocacy to ensure a memorable stay in one of Honolulu's most iconic settings.
