About the Role

The General Manager serves as the steward of our hotel's core mission: ensuring cleanliness and friendly service in every room, every day and night. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about cultivating a culture of learning, safety, and growth. You will lead by example, conducting daily walks to verify that guest rooms and public spaces meet our high standards of sparkle and organization.

In this position, you will be the bridge between our brand's expectations and the daily reality of our team. You will oversee the onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the functional expertise and friendly spirit required to delight guests. Your day will involve auditing daily summaries, managing shift handovers, and ensuring all financial and safety protocols are strictly adhered to. You will also be responsible for coaching your team with candor and positivity, identifying future growth opportunities, and fostering a "Can Do" attitude that stretches beyond traditional roles to meet the needs of our business.

Hiring Process

Candidates are expected to demonstrate a positive attitude, the ability to follow established guidelines, and strong decision-making skills under pressure. We look for individuals who can effectively resolve conflicts, communicate clearly, and handle the pace of a busy hospitality environment. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic financial skills are essential. A valid driver's license and the ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, are required.
