This position serves as the operational leader for the Guest Services Department, bridging the gap between daily resort activities and strategic revenue goals. You will be responsible for the leadership, training, and daily supervision of the team, ensuring a seamless experience for guests while maximizing occupancy and revenue for the resort program.
In this role, you act as the primary liaison between Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance. Your day involves managing room availability reviews, overseeing the Night Audit process, and ensuring strict adherence to cash handling and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines. You will also drive customer satisfaction by directly addressing guest complaints and inquiries, while overseeing the Zingle program to guarantee rapid responses to guest needs.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of clean driving history. The role requires a 4-year degree or diploma from an accredited college or university, or equivalent additional experience, along with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in Guest Services. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
