About the Role
Join BEST Crowd Management as a Guest Services team member, supporting major events at stadiums, arenas, and convention centers. In this frontline role, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, welcoming and assisting guests while providing essential directions and event information. Your presence is vital to creating a secure, positive environment where safety and hospitality go hand in hand.
Working within a professional, safety-focused, and team-oriented culture, you will gain hands-on experience in hospitality, customer service, and crowd management. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, from monitoring entry points and managing lines to observing crowd flow and resolving guest issues promptly. You will follow clear safety and emergency procedures, communicate effectively via radio with venue staff, and ensure a seamless experience for everyone attending the event.
