About the Role
As a Guest Services team member with BEST Crowd Management, you will help create safe, memorable experiences at major venues and events. Working on-site at stadiums, arenas, and convention centers, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, welcoming guests and providing essential directions and event information.
In our safety-focused, team-oriented culture, you will support crowd flow and access control while enforcing venue policies with professionalism and respect. This role is designed to provide hands-on event operations experience, offering opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld family while receiving comprehensive training in customer service and basic crowd management.
