About the Team
As a Guest Services team member with BEST Crowd Management, you will join a professional, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment dedicated to creating safe, positive experiences at stadiums, arenas, and major events. This role is a vital part of the front-line operations that ensure smooth event execution and guest satisfaction.
About the Role
In this hands-on position, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, greeting guests and providing friendly, professional assistance throughout the event. Your day-to-day involves offering directions, seating guidance, and event information while supporting entry screening, ticket verification, and access control procedures. You will actively monitor crowd flow to maintain order and report any safety or security concerns to supervisors immediately.
Working collaboratively with event staff and supervisors before, during, and after events, you will follow established venue and company policies to maintain a safe environment. You will be trained to respond calmly to guest issues, escalating to security when necessary, and assist with emergency procedures by following clear communication protocols. This position offers valuable experience in hospitality, customer service, and crowd management, with opportunities to grow within GardaWorld.
