About the Role
Join BEST Crowd Management as a Guest Services staff member supporting major sports, entertainment, and convention venues. In this front-line role, you will be the first point of contact for attendees, greeting guests and providing friendly, professional assistance throughout events. Your primary mission is to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience by scanning tickets, managing entry points, and assisting with directions and seating.
Working in a professional, team-oriented environment, you will monitor crowd flow to maintain safety and uphold venue rules. You will represent BEST Crowd Management and client venues with excellent service, coordinating with supervisors, security, and operations via radio. This role offers opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld organization, with comprehensive training provided in customer service, safety, and crowd management.
