About the Role
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to control access points, perform bag checks, and monitor crowds to enforce venue policies. Your day will involve coordinating with team members via radio, supporting emergency responses, and assisting guests with directions and questions. You will follow clear procedures and post orders while receiving comprehensive training in safety, security, and customer service, with opportunities to grow across our network of events.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be guided through our standard screening process, which includes verifying state security guard licensing requirements and discussing your availability for event schedules. Successful applicants will receive training in safety, security, and customer service before deployment.
