About the Team
Event Security staff at BEST Crowd Management support safe, enjoyable experiences at sports and entertainment venues. As part of a professional, team-focused organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of attendees while working alongside supervisors and venue staff.
About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will monitor entrances and exits, control access, and assist with crowd flow to maintain a secure environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing access control, ticket and credential checks, and bag screening as directed. Beyond security protocols, you will provide friendly guest services, offering directions and assistance to attendees and staff.
You will be trained to observe and report safety, security, or behavioral issues promptly, and to support emergency procedures, evacuations, and incident response. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to follow all BEST Crowd Management and venue policies, post orders, and protocols effectively.

Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a State security guard license where required. Additional preferred qualifications include crowd management training (e.g., NCS4 or equivalent), CPR/First Aid certification, and training in de-escalation, conflict resolution, and customer service.
