About the Role
Join BEST Crowd Management as a Guest Services team member supporting major sports, entertainment, and convention events. In this front-line role, you will serve as the first point of contact for attendees, greeting and assisting guests with a friendly, professional demeanor at stadiums, arenas, and large venues.
Your primary mission is to ensure a safe, positive experience for every visitor. You will act as the eyes and ears of the event, monitoring lines, entrances, and exits to maintain a safe flow of people. By conducting basic access control and ticket checks, you help secure the venue while providing essential directions and event information to resolve guest concerns promptly.
The Experience
Working on-site in a professional, safety-focused team environment, you will receive comprehensive training to navigate the dynamic nature of live events.
