About the Role

Working on-site at various venues, you will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and providing friendly, professional assistance at entrances, seating areas, and key locations. Your day-to-day involves checking tickets or credentials, guiding attendees to their seats, and providing accurate directions and event information. You will play a vital role in supporting crowd flow, monitoring lines, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment in your assigned areas.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in event operations. You will communicate clearly via radio and in person with teammates, supervisors, and venue staff, while following clear procedures to assist with incident reporting or emergency response as needed. Whether resolving minor guest issues or escalating concerns, you will maintain a strong customer service focus while adhering to BEST Crowd Management and venue policies regarding appearance, conduct, and safety standards.
