The Role
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to success. Your mission is to accomplish store objectives by supervising staff and organizing work processes directed by management. You will ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs while fostering an environment where employees perform their duties effectively through constructive coaching and feedback.
In this role, you will greet guests to provide an enjoyable shopping experience, address inquiries and complaints, and ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed. You will also manage cash processes, including deposit preparation and lottery operations, and ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions. By adhering to established safety, security, and quality policies, you will help drive the operational excellence that defines our brand.
