About the Role
The Guest Service Representative is the face of our hotel, maximizing revenue and creating value by providing excellent customer service. This role is central to the guest experience, handling everything from effective reservation sales to seamless check-in and check-out processes. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their inquiries are met with prompt, professional responses and that their concerns are resolved efficiently. It is a dynamic position where you will collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests, maintain a welcoming front desk environment, and uphold the high standards of hospitality that define our brand.
