About the Role
You will be at the center of the hotel's universe—the front office. As the face of our front desk, you are the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment from check-in to check-out. This role is about more than just processing transactions; it is about spreading joy and sharing your knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment, and sporting events to enhance the guest experience.
We are looking for someone to own the front desk area in our fast-paced environment. You will need to communicate clearly, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, and roll with the punches while handling cash responsibly and utilizing property management systems efficiently.
The Experience
This position offers a dynamic day-to-day where more than half of your time is spent standing, sitting, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. You must be comfortable navigating a physical environment that includes climbing stairs and bending, while accommodating varying schedules that include nights, weekends, and holidays.
