About the Role

As the Assistant Guest Service Manager, you will partner closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day and long-term operations of guest reception, reservations, and telephone services. Your mission is to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency while maintaining revenue, expense, and quality targets. You will serve as a key leader for the Front Office Department, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation that exceeds both guest and ownership expectations.

In this role, you will be the face of the hotel's front-of-house operations. Your day will involve managing the flow of guests from arrival to departure, ensuring check-in and check-out procedures are executed promptly and courteously. You will facilitate effective communication between the reservations team, front office staff, and other departments like housekeeping to coordinate room availability and guest needs. Beyond daily operations, you will be responsible for the development of your team, conducting performance appraisals and providing training to foster a culture of excellence.
