The Embassy Suites Indianapolis Downtown, a 360 all-suite property located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. Conveniently situated just a short walk from the Indiana Convention Center via skywalk, our hotel is also directly connected to Circle Centre Mall and only a 10-minute walk from Lucas Oil Stadium—home of the Indianapolis Colts.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests in checking in and checking out, contributing to the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, providing driving and walking directions to local destinations. Success in this position requires maintaining a high level of product knowledge regarding the hotel, including outlet hours, services, events, and local attractions, while fostering positive working relationships with fellow team members and other departments.
