This role exists to support the healing journey for patients and their loved ones by delivering high-quality food service in a healthcare environment. You will lead a well-trained team, develop creative menus in sync with market trends, and drive compliance with health and safety regulations. The day-to-day involves managing forecasting, inventory, and production while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and fostering a culture of morale and respect.
