About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be at the forefront of unveiling a new era of luxury that embodies the spirit of New York City. You will play a pivotal role in creating lasting impressions while ensuring seamless interactions, all in line with our commitment to Forbes 5-star service standards.
This role is more than performing traditional front desk duties; it is about proactively engaging with guests to deliver a highly personalized and memorable experience. You will be the first point of contact, creating a warm welcome and anticipating needs to create "surprise and delight" moments. By connecting with each guest by name, you will foster a sense of belonging and elevate their overall stay, contributing to the achievement of our goal of Forbes 5-star status.
Hiring Process
This position is part of the Local 6 Union. Candidates must be comfortable with a schedule that may vary from week to week, including overnights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time hours are not guaranteed and are based on seniority and business needs. Complete open availability is required.
