About the Role
As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, your contribution is vital to ensuring our guests have a comfortable, productive, and memorable stay. Many travelers miss the comforts of home, and our goal is to make our hotel feel exactly that. You will be the face of our hospitality, greeting guests with a friendly smile and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
A Typical Day
Your day will involve wiping surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming guest rooms to adhere to brand standards. You will change linens, make beds, restock supplies, and clean bathrooms while removing trash. You will also carry out green practices as trained by the hotel, support the maintenance team by reporting any broken or missing items, and collaborate with all departments to support the hotel's goals.
