The Role
We are looking for the best and brightest to join our culinary team. As a Food and Beverage Cook, you will work on a variety of stations in high-volume kitchen environments to create exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. This role is about more than just cooking; it is about delivering the highest level of culinary hospitality service that defines The Betsy's brand of understated, experiential luxury.
You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of dishes, from meats and vegetables to breakfast items, strictly adhering to recipe specifications and quality standards. Working under the direction of the Sous Chefs, you will ensure that food is prepared within standard ticket times, stations are stocked and organized, and sanitation regulations are met with precision.
