This position serves as the vital bridge between our company and our corporate clients immediately following the initial sale. As the first point of contact, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and confident in utilizing our online university platform. Your role is central to setting the tone for the client relationship, combining administrative precision with a warm, helpful demeanor.
In this capacity, you will manage a variety of communication channels, from answering inbound phone calls to moderating online events and responding to client requests via our Zendesk inbox. You will also conduct on-boarding calls to introduce new corporate partners to our content, requiring you to master our material to effectively coach clients. Beyond direct client interaction, you will maintain accurate records in our CRM database and participate in company events designed to host and engage our corporate audience.
