About the Role
The Customer Relationship Management Administrator serves as the primary owner of the company's CRM platform and integrated business intelligence tools. This role exists to drive field sales productivity and empower executive decision-making by maintaining a "single source of truth" for performance reporting and territory management. You will ensure the organization has high standards for data hygiene while seamlessly integrating EMR systems with Power BI.
In this position, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for field teams, troubleshooting workflow automation and resolving complex system bottlenecks. Your work will translate raw data into actionable sales insights, partnering with leadership to build dashboards that support growth-critical KPIs. It is a role defined by a "business partner" mindset, requiring you to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and drive user adoption across sales and marketing teams.
