About the Role

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will demonstrate exceptional guest service to thousands of attendees at games, concerts, and events at the Fiserv Forum and Deer District. In this role, you will lead an outstanding team of Guest Service representatives, including ushers, ticket takers, greeters, host/hostesses, and guest concierge.

You will possess a commitment to continuous learning and development while ensuring your team meets the high expectations set by the organization. The position requires maintaining high energy and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. You will be responsible for coordinating staff schedules, conducting pre-shift meetings, and ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for all guests.

Requirements

verifiedMust be at least 18 years old
verifiedPrevious supervisor experience preferred
verifiedHospitality experience desired
verifiedBasic knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) protocol and policies preferred

verifiedMust be able to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
