About the Role
As a Guest Experience Captain, your main focus is to create an authentic and unique experience for each guest that builds loyalty and delivers the ultimate social experience for sports fans. You will serve as a brand ambassador, guiding guests through their unique journey at Buffalo Wild Wings and creating a personal connection that defines our "Every Day is Game Day" atmosphere.
You will enhance the game day experience by supporting sports fans, providing guests with the latest technology, showcasing our food and beverages, and creating connections both inside the restaurant and within the community. You are the host of the party, excited to meet new people, a motivated self-starter, and a team player full of positive energy.
Why This Role Matters
This position is solely focused on the Guest Experience. By introducing and communicating our Food, Beverage, and "Game On" elements, you create a customized and ultimate social experience for sports fans. You will facilitate and communicate sports for the day and upcoming events, manage audio-visual equipment to set the atmosphere, and execute guest engagement plays that connect our community to our brand.
Work Environment & Benefits
We offer a fun, high-energy environment with flexible schedules and advancement opportunities. While this is primarily a part-time position averaging 29 hours or less per week, team members who average 30 or more hours per week over a 12-month lookback period become eligible to participate in company medical benefits.
