What You'll Do
As a Guest Advisor, you will be the face of Spavia, greeting and assisting guests while managing the front desk. Your day will involve scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining the pristine condition of our spa, retail space, and reception area. You will also provide education and sales recommendations to guests regarding treatments, memberships, and retail products, working alongside a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth.
