The Account Executive serves as the vital link between our organization and the Long-Term Care (LTC) medical industry. This role is designed for an individual with an energizing personality and a positive attitude who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences. You will operate with significant independence, taking the initiative to manage your daily responsibilities while building lasting relationships with Corporate Management Companies.
In this position, you will be responsible for retaining current accounts and driving growth by developing new business throughout the Montgomery territory and surrounding areas. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of face-to-face client visits, strategic planning, and internal collaboration. You will travel routinely within your assigned territory, with some overnight travel expected, to ensure our presence is felt and our services are effectively integrated into facility operations.
You will join a Business Development and Executive team that values proactive strategy and continuous improvement. Together, you will work to educate new LTC staff on the MDB referral process, helping to improve referral habits and market new lines of service within facilities. Through organizing meetings, events, and other opportunities, you will play a key role in making MDB's presence known to LTCs and related relationships in your community.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, along with a current driver's license and the ability to travel. While two years of communications or marketing experience is preferred, the most critical attributes are a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, outstanding written communication skills, and the ability to learn our CRM and other computer programs quickly.
