As an employee-owned company, Schreiber fosters a culture where partners are supported through comprehensive benefits and a shared commitment to success. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, ensuring that every shipment is handled with precision and care. We believe in caring for our partners' whole lives, offering resources from retirement planning to childcare support and mental health initiatives.
This position serves as a critical hub within our Plant Production operations, bridging the gap between external carriers and our internal warehouse teams. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of inbound and outbound traffic, ensuring that every trailer is accounted for from arrival to departure. Your day will involve verifying driver credentials, assigning dock doors based on load priority, and maintaining a real-time yard log of all trailers on property. Beyond logistics coordination, you will act as a key communicator, relaying arrival times, delays, and load priorities to the DC team, Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership. Accuracy is paramount; you will document lot codes, product details, and trailer conditions, ensuring that outbound loads are properly sealed and documented before they leave the facility.
