The Group Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships by securing group and corporate opportunities for the hotel. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and partnering with internal teams to ensure every guest experience reflects the distinctive character and service standards of Heathman Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleGenerate new business through proactive sales efforts including prospecting, networking, and client outreach
- check_circleDevelop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, travel planners, and event organizers
- check_circleRespond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts for group bookings and events
- check_circleConduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients
- check_circlePartner with Convention Services and Catering teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution
- check_circleMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within sales systems
- check_circleMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- check_circleParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the property
- check_circleSupport departmental revenue goals and overall hotel sales strategy
Nice to Have
Prior experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or business development. Experience in group sales, corporate sales, or event sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems.
