About the Role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining and improving site grounds, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role involves a dynamic mix of seasonal duties, ranging from mowing, trimming, and leaf removal to critical inclement weather tasks like snow removal and ice management. You will apply planned designs to resolve landscaping needs while adhering to established sustainability guidelines. The position requires operating various types of equipment, from power mowers and weed eaters to trucks and tractors, and performing regular maintenance on these tools. As part of the team, you will be expected to clean and upkeep sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots, while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
