The Role

We are seeking a Grounds Laborer to join our Grounds Maintenance crew at the Fort Rucker AGRC. In this role, you will be essential to maintaining the grounds of industrial and public property, ensuring the safety and readiness of the training ranges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a mix of outdoor maintenance, equipment repair, and facility upkeep, often working under rugged conditions with varying temperatures.

You will be part of a team that keeps target locations clean and clear of vegetation, performs general maintenance on buildings and equipment, and ensures the operational readiness of the range complex. This position requires the ability to perform under physical demands, including lifting and working outdoors, while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.
