About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Construction Driver/Laborer. This position is unique in that it combines the responsibilities of operating a 1-ton truck with a variety of trailers (primarily 18' pipe rail and 18' dump trailers) with hands-on field labor. You will be the backbone of our operations, delivering materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel to job sites while also assisting the crew in the field.
Your day will involve transporting crew workers, tools, and machines across approximately 60-80 miles daily, often navigating varying weather conditions. You will load and unload bulk materials using light machinery such as Skid Steers, Laymor Sweepers, and small tractors. While experience with a goose-neck dump trailer is preferred, training is provided for other equipment.
