About the Role
We are seeking experienced Crew Leaders to join our Tree Care division, where you will serve as a working team member overseeing all aspects of a crew from start to completion. You will be responsible for supervising and performing tree care service activities alongside your team, ensuring all work adheres to property and client specifications. This includes tree removal, trimming, roping, rigging, storm work, and stump grinding.
As a Crew Leader, you will operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and chippers, while also demonstrating correct usage to your crew members. A key part of your day involves coordinating with branch management, customers, and employees, as well as safely driving crews to and from job sites. You will ensure the safety of the public and your team by strictly adhering to the Company's Safety Policy and completing daily pre-trip inspection reports.

Requirements
