We eliminate common operational costs by providing no-cost access to Pre-pass and Toll Passes, forward-facing cameras, and electronic log programs. Additionally, we offer company-sponsored insurance, base plate, and permit programs, along with a truck rental program and assistance with IRP and IFTA paperwork.
Our settlement process is transparent and timely. Drivers receive weekly settlements via EFS Card and can view their earnings through our online system before they settle. We also provide multiple fuel discount programs, a safety incentive program, and a referral program to reward your success.
Application Process
To qualify, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL Class A license, a valid Social Security number, and the legal right to work in the United States. Applicants must have a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and accident record, specifically no more than two moving violations or accidents in the last three years, and no DUI or DWI convictions in the last seven years. A valid medical card and compliance with DOT regulations and the CSA program are required.
Our orientation process is designed for convenience, with 95% of the training completed online. Any remaining requirements that cannot be handled digitally will be sent via mail. Interested candidates should apply directly at www.drive4crane.com to move their career in the right direction.
