As a Ground Operator, you will run pump operations and support field execution across the drilling spread. This is a hands-on field role designed to build a foundational understanding of the full Bedrock drilling system. You will be responsible for pump startup and shutdown, rig support, equipment support, and valve and flow path execution. Additionally, you will assist the Mud Operator with staging materials, inventory, and fluid system tasks.
This is a hitch-based role involving crew work rotations at project sites across the US. Bedrock covers travel to and from the site, provides lodging during your hitch, and offers a per diem for meals.

1-3 years of relevant experience, O&G surface equipment experience such as frac, cementing, or workover, water well pump operator or similar equipment role, experience in structured field operations with equipment and support systems, forklift experience.
